Ultra FIT

This program opens each fall during the end of our marathon and half marathon training season.

Maybe you have completed a marathon. Or maybe you’re looking for a different challenge altogether. If you have dreamt of going beyond 26.2 or 13.1, Ultra FIT can help get you there! Ultra FIT is a training program designed to help runners accomplish the goal of completing a 25K or 50K distance. After all, isn’t a 25K an “ultra” half marathon? Members will build on their current training and transition to Saturday and Sunday runs to gain the endurance needed to go the distance.  Want more details? Contact us at info@neohiofit.com.

What Ultra Fit provides:

  • A training program to prepare you to tackle a 25K or 50K race

What we need from you:

  • Base mileage – While our marathon and half marathon program is designed for all ability levels, we ask that those who wish to register for the Ultra FIT 50K program be able to run at least 5-8 miles.
  • Your willingness to push yourself beyond your comfort zone!

Going farther than you ever have before takes guts, determination, and maybe just a little bit of stubbornness.  But even though the distance is greater, the NEO FIT philosophy remains the same: To help you become fitter and more confident by tackling the challenge all in a friendly, non-competitive environment.
