The 2008 Season of NEO Fit is here!

Registration will be held open for a short time and it is not too late to sign up! The cost is $100 for new members and $75 for returning members. We are now offering an Advanced Training Program for returning members.

Meeting time for May 17 will be 8am at Station Road Bridge in Brecksville for the half group and any full members who are not running the Cleveland 10K.

Welcome to Northeast Ohio Fit (NEO Fit)! We are a training program for runners who want to train for and complete in a Fall Full or Half Marathon. Our coaches are devoted to getting you in the best shape of your life in a non-intimidating, fun, and safe environment. Upon joining, you will receive day-by-day training schedules, Saturday morning group runs, access to trained coaches, informational seminars and a NEO Fit marathon training t-shirt.

Ask anyone who has completed their goal of getting in shape or finishing a half or full marathon, and I'm sure they will tell you it has truly changed his/her life. You will feel fitter, happier, and mentally much stronger; and all in a short 25 weeks.

Whether you are a couch-potato, walker, casual jogger, or marathon veteran, this marathon training program is the most enjoyable, most inspiring, and most efficient way to get in the best shape of your life.

Does just hearing the word marathon make you shake in your shoes? That's okay, come out and join us anyway. Our participants have various goals ranging from getting in shape to running the half marathon or full marathon distance. You will have fun and meet other people just like you to exercise with and help you accomplish your fitness goals.

BLUE/GREEN Less than 9:00 per mile
YELLOW 9:00 to 10:30 per mile
RED over 10:30 per mile
ORANGE Half Marathon (all paces)
