This marks the end of the NEO Fit training season.
Unofficial runs will start at 8am at Station Road Bridge on Saturdays this winter for whoever wants to come. Please stop by in the next few weeks to pick up your shirt.

The USA FIT Marathon & Half Marathon will be held in Sugar Land, Texas on January 10, 2010. This spectator friendly 8-hour course is open to all athletes from walkers to Boston qualifiers. The cap of 1,500 participants is filling up quickly. To register, go to www.usafitmarathon.com

Welcome to Northeast Ohio Fit (NEO Fit)! We are a training program for runners who want to train for and complete in a Fall Full or Half Marathon. Our coaches are devoted to getting you in the best shape of your life in a non-intimidating, fun, and safe environment. Upon joining, you will receive day-by-day training schedules, Saturday morning group runs, access to trained coaches, informational seminars and a NEO Fit marathon training t-shirt.
Ask anyone who has completed their goal of getting in shape or finishing a half or full marathon, and I'm sure they will tell you it has truly changed his/her life. You will feel fitter, happier, and mentally much stronger; and all in a short 25 weeks.
Whether you are a couch-potato, walker, casual jogger, or marathon veteran, this marathon training program is the most enjoyable, most inspiring, and most efficient way to get in the best shape of your life.
Does just hearing the word marathon make you shake in your shoes? That's okay, come out and join
us anyway. Our participants have various goals ranging from getting in shape to running the half marathon or full marathon distance. You will have fun and meet other people just like you to exercise with and help you accomplish your fitness goals.
